Team Building

A Sailing Regatta team Building is a suitable activity for medium/big sized groups of around 15 - 200 people. A regatta is a competition where participants are divided into teams. Each team is made up of 8 or 10 crew members and every participant is assigned a specific role, essential for the team to meet the common objective of making it across the finish line in the first place.

This is an ideal team building activity for groups looking to develop teamwork skills, decision making, leadership, work under pressure and more. 

Of course, we won’t forget to have fun during and after the regatta either! After the sailing regatta, we will drop off the anchor in one of the beautiful bay where we will able to have a swim and have free time to relax in a place unreachable from the coast.
